Heating · Installation
Front Range winters don’t forgive undersized or badly commissioned furnaces. We size, derate, install, and commission high-efficiency systems the way the manufacturer specifies — then prove it with a full startup test.

Furnaces rarely die without warning. The warning signs:
Past that age, efficiency is poor, parts are scarce, and the heat exchanger is living on borrowed time.
This is the one failure that ends the conversation — replacement is the safe answer.
A tired furnace burns more gas to make the same heat. New high-efficiency units waste far less.
Sometimes ductwork, often an oversized or undersized furnace. Replacement done right fixes the imbalance.
A healthy gas flame is steady and blue. Yellow means incomplete combustion — and a serious inspection.
If you’ve had two no-heat calls in three winters, you already know.
One call, a real diagnosis, and a flat price before any work starts.
The local angle
Load calculation first. Aurora homes range from 1950s brick ranches in Aurora Hills to brand-new two-stories in Aurora Highlands, and their heating loads are wildly different. We measure, we don’t guess. Then altitude derating: gas input is adjusted for elevation per the manufacturer’s spec so combustion is clean and output is honest.
Commissioning is where cut-rate installs and real installs part ways. We verify gas pressure, temperature rise, airflow, and safety controls against the rating plate, register your equipment, and show you the numbers. You’ll know exactly what was installed and how it’s running.
